In the first year, or in a year with under 80% attendance, one day accrues per month of full attendance (up to 11). After a year with at least 80% attendance you get 15 days; from three years of service, one day is added for every two years beyond the first, up to 25.
Workplaces with fewer than five regular employees are exempt. Fiscal-year based company schedules, attendance under 80%, part-time pro-rating and special leave periods are not modelled. Check your company rules or the Ministry of Employment and Labor for individual cases.
