Organize PDF Pages
Drag pages into order, rotate, remove and number them. For scans that came out in the wrong order.
Reordering
Drag a thumbnail to where it belongs, or use ← → to move it one step. If a duplex scan flipped every even page, tick those pages and use 'Rotate selected' once.
Deleting and restoring
✕ dims a page and leaves it out on save. ↩ brings it back; the original file is untouched until you download.
Page numbers
Turn on 'add page numbers' to stamp 1, 2, 3… in the new order. Numbers go at the bottom (or top) center of the page as originally printed, even on rotated pages. Check for overlap if the document already has numbers.
What is preserved
Text, images and links are copied as they are. Digital signatures and form fields may not survive page copying. Encrypted PDFs will not open.
Tips for common situations
Cleaning Up Scanned Document Pages
View all pages as thumbnails and slide them into the correct sequence using drag-and-drop or arrow keys. Deleted pages can be restored before exporting, so you will not lose important appendices by mistake.
Adding Page Numbers Before Printing
Select top center or bottom center positioning to match your formatting requirements. Pages are automatically re-indexed in sequential order after any rearranging or trimming, so the numbering stays consistent.
Removing Blank or Unwanted Pages
Select multiple blank or misprinted pages at once and delete them in a single batch to save time on large documents. Any accidentally removed page can be individually restored before you export, so nothing is lost until you download.
Tried with a sample file
Screens and numbers from actually running this tool with a sample file with no personal data (2026-10-06, Chromium-based browser on a Mac). Results vary with your input and device.
After adding a 6-page sample PDF, the tool displayed a thumbnail for each page with move (← →) and rotate (↺ ↻) buttons. Batch actions include select all, rotate selected, and delete selected, plus an option to add page numbers at the bottom-center or top-center.
Downloading without any changes produces the same 6-page, 3.73 MB file. Pages are not re-rendered, so quality is preserved.

Is my document uploaded?
No. Thumbnails and the new PDF are produced entirely in your browser.
Is it slow on long documents?
Each page is rendered as a thumbnail, so 100 pages take 10–20 seconds. Progress is shown.
Can I mix pages from two files?
Merge them first with Merge PDF, then arrange the pages here.
Can I recover a page if I accidentally delete it?
Yes, deleted pages can be instantly restored using the restore (↩) button.
Can I rotate or delete multiple pages at the same time?
Yes, you can select multiple page thumbnails to apply bulk rotation or bulk deletion in a single click.
Can I add page numbers to the rearranged PDF?
Yes, you can insert centered page numbers at either the top or bottom of each page.
Does this tool support password-protected PDF files?
No, encrypted or password-protected PDFs cannot be opened for page organization.
