In one line

Keepdesk is a set of office tools that run entirely in your browser. Open HWP files, merge, split, organize and shrink PDFs, convert and crop images, calculate dates, tax and CBM. Your files and input never leave your device. No sign-up, no watermark, no limits.

Why nothing is uploaded

Transcripts, contracts, ID cards and official letters end up on 'converter sites' far too often. We built the opposite. The code that reads your file runs in your browser, so the service is structurally unable to collect it. Disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the tools keep working — that is the simplest way to check we mean it.

Who makes it

SENULA COMPANY builds and runs Keepdesk. We are a small team, and each tool page states what it can and cannot do. Conversion is never perfect — substituted fonts shift lines, compression loses detail — and we do not hide those limits.

What it is built on

Open source. HWP parsing uses hwp-convert and rhwp, PDF uses pdf.js and pdf-lib, compression uses fflate, QR codes use qrcode-generator, and the fonts are Inter and Manrope. Licenses and copyright notices are on the open source page.

Cost

Free. Because your device does the work, our server costs are close to zero. We plan to cover running costs with ads on the pages; even then, files will not go to a server.
