Who runs this

Keepdesk is built and operated by SENULA COMPANY. The company name and the service name differ, but they are the same people.

In one line

We do not collect the documents you open. We are not able to. The code that reads your document runs inside your own browser, and the file is never transmitted.

Your documents

The .hwp and .hwpx files you open — and the PDF, Word or text output produced from them — are processed entirely on your device. Nothing is uploaded, we cannot see the contents, and nothing is stored anywhere. You can verify this: load the page once, disconnect from the internet, then open a file. It still works.

Server logs

Serving a website means the hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, browser type, time of request, the address requested). Every website does this. We use it only to operate the service and diagnose faults, and we do not attempt to identify individuals from it.

Cookies

This site does not currently use cookies. A few tools (character counter, text compare, JSON formatter) keep your last input in the browser's own storage (localStorage) for convenience; it is never transmitted and can be cleared through your browser's site-data settings. The browser extension remembers your interface language the same way.

For privacy questions or deletion requests, write to help@keepdesk.app. Note that we hold no files, so there is nothing to delete.

Third parties

We do not currently share any information with third parties. If we later introduce advertising or analytics, we will update this document and its date before doing so.

Children

This service is not directed at children, and we do not ask for or collect anyone's age.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will be updated.
